Relay Bases,[1] also known as Bases in the Depths,[2] are locations in Tears of the Kingdom.

Features and Overview

Relay Bases are Yiga Clan fortifications found throughout the Depths. All Bases are staffed by Yiga Footsoldiers piloting Vehicles, one of whom is tasked with keeping their storehouses secured. Upon this Footsoldier's defeat, the storehouse will be able to be opened, where Link can find two stone Treasure Chests containing a Large Crystallized Charge and a Yiga Schematic. At least one Yiga Clan Notebook can also be found at every Relay Base. Relay Bases may also have traps built from Zonai Devices that must be disabled or bypassed.
