I know you guys hate deleting templates, but this one is no longer needed. As long as there is nothing linking to the userpage, getting rid of the template on the user page does nothing to the Wanted Pages. In this case, it is just easier to delete the user pages than use the template. Also, if there are links which link to the user page, I think it is better to remove them than use this template.
