:No, no hard feelings. I just think the "similarities" are people unable to tell a fish from a whale.

Hello there, Zelda-Fans! I'm Dinosaur bob- the same Dinosaur Bob from the Super Mario Wiki. I've been a Zelda fan for as long as I can remember, and if asked what my favorite part of the series is, it'd be a toss-up between Link himself and the Master Sword, which is, in my opinion, the most beautiful forged weapon ever, either fictional or non.

Jabu-Jabu

I agree that it's been claimed, but by people who think that a whale is a type of fish. While Jabu-Jabu may have some whale-like properties, its only real common characteristic is that it is a large, sea-going creature. It looks hardly anything like a baleen whale.

The comment about Oshus was merely to illustrate that that is what a whale would look similar to, not Jabu-Jabu, which has always been described as a fish.

Fish and whales are about as far apart as you can get on the vertebrate scale - Volvagia is literally closer related to Jabu-Jabu than the Wind Fish or Oshus are. (Yes, I know they didn't necessarily "evolve" the same way there, but the point remains)

It is a silly assertion that should not be encouraged, it should be corrected. One is a winged baleen whale. The other is seemingly a whale shark or Megamouth Shark.

No, no hard feelings. I just think the "similarities" are people unable to tell a fish from a whale.
