Blue Orb Monster
Blue Orb Monsters are enemies in Link's Awakening DX.[1]
Characteristics
Blue Orb Monsters are found exclusively in the Color Dungeon. After being hit with a Sword, they retreat into their orb and can be picked up by using the Power Bracelet. Link must throw the Blue Orb Monsters into the blue hole. When all the other Orb Monster are placed correctly, they vanish thus spawning either a Treasure Chest or a Small Key.
In Link's Awakening for Nintendo Switch, the Blue Orb Monster's hole now has a geometric square to help aid players who have trouble with seeing color.
