The Akkala Span is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
The Akkala Span is located in the Akkala Highlands between Cephla Lake and Akkala Falls. The bridge connects the Akkala Highlands to the Lanayru Great Spring. It is a short bridge made out of stones with 3 stone pillars leading to the ground below. Next to the Akkala Span, a Monster Stronghold can be found among some small ruins.
In Master Mode, two platforms held aloft by Sky Octoroks are located near the Akkala Span.
On one of the Akkala Span's broken pillar, Link can find a Rock underneath a stone slab. This slab can be moved by attaching Octo Balloons to it or hitting it while it is under the effect of the Stasis Rune. If Link picks up the Rock, it will be revealed to be a Natural Hiding Spot. A Korok will then appear and gift Link a Korok Seed as a reward.[3]
