Location and Uses
The Tokay Eyeball is obtained from the Cap'n of the Piratians after giving him the Zora Scale.[2] Once it is inserted into the statue of a Tokay on Crescent Island, the path to the Sea of No Return and the Ancient Tomb will open.[3]
