Crenel Peak
Crenel Peak is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
Crenel Peak is located in Hyrule Field.[note 1] It makes up the southern part of the Crenel Hills, and at its very top, there are two Ore Deposits and one Rare Ore Deposit. It features a small hollow with a pond, Cedar Trees, and a cave.
On the western side of Crenel Peak, there is an abandoned Monster Stronghold. When Link enters it, however, Chuchus will drop down and attack him.
One Treasure Chest is located on Crenel Peak,
Two Korok Seed Puzzles can be found on Crenel Peak. The first is a Balloon northwest of the top of the Peak, which Link must use Archery to destroy. The second Puzzle is a Rock Pattern, which surrounds one of the Cedar Trees in the hollow. Link can complete this Pattern using a nearby Rock. Once each of these Korok Seed Puzzles are solved, a Korok will appear and give Link a Korok Seed.[6]

Notes
- ↑ In Creating a Champion, Crenel Peak is shown on a map to be part of the Lanayru Wetlands.[4] However, this contradicts the game's file data for the location, which considers it to be part of Hyrule Field.[5] Therefore, this is not considered Canon.
