The Derby Girl can be found at the playing field in central Lorule. She runs the Octoball Derby mini-game with the Derby Boy and Octo. When spoken to, she gives Link instructions on how to aim by changing stances. She is one of several Loruleans to wear a mask, implying that she may be a Masked Follower.

- The mask she wears bares a resemblance to the transformed Bully from A Link to the Past.
