The Doggy Racetrack is a location in Majora's Mask.[1]

Features and Overview

The Doggy Racetrack can be found in the west end of Romani Ranch. It is overseen by Mamamu Yan and is open from 6 AM to 8 PM.[2] It features a dirt racetrack surrounding a fenced corral, where 14 Dogs frolic: four white, three beige, three gray, two brown, one blue, and one gold. At the back of the corral is an awning with a Treasure Chest on top containing 50 Rupees; it can be reached with the Hookshot, by planting a Magic Bean in a nearby Soil, or by climbing up from the fence as Zora Link. Along the southern wall of the Doggy Racetrack is a Gossip Stone.

Link can come here to watch and bet on Dog races in the Dog Race 500, earning Rupees rewards on successful bets. Winning 150 or more Rupees from the Mini-Game will earn him a Piece of Heart. By wearing the Mask of Truth, Link can determine the mood of any Dog he picks up, which can indicate how well they'll perform in the race.[3][4][5]
