Cooking Effects
Extra Stamina

Endura Carrots are found at Malanya Spring, near the peak of Satori Mountain, and at the edges of Great Fairy Fountains. Eating an Endura Carrot will heal Link for two Hearts. Endura Carrots can also be roasted by a Fire to make Roasted Endura Carrots. They can also be cooked into a meal using a Cooking Pot to temporarily increase Link's maximum Stamina.[1]

Like Apples and Swift Carrots, Endura Carrots can be fed to Horses to increase their Bond. Unlike other Foods that Horses can eat, Endura Carrots will temporarily increase the Horse's number of Spur granting them three extra yellow Spur which have a carrot icon next to them. After using up normal Spur and any granted by the Ancient Bridle, these extra Spur can be used. However, they are lost afterwards. Roasted Endura Carrots have the same effect if eaten off the ground by a Horse. If the Giant Horse eats an Endura Carrot, only its Bond will be increased, as it has no Spur.

An Endura Carrot is required to revive a Horse via the Horse God, Malanya.[4][5] If Link decides to give him an Endura Carrot, Malanya will agree to revive one of his Horses.[6] Endura Carrots can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop as an ingredient for Light Yellow Dye. Endura Carrots are not required to upgrade any pieces of Armor at a Great Fairy Fountain.
