Fanadi's Palace,[1] also known as The Fortune-Telling Mansion,[1] is a location in Twilight Princess.
Features and Overview
Fanadi's Palace is located in Hyrule Castle Town, where Madame Fanadi offers to read people's fortunes at the price of 10 Rupees.[2] Despite its name, it is not actually a palace or a mansion of any sort, and instead appears as a small, cluttered room.
Here, Link can choose to either have Madame Fanadi read his "Career" fortune, which tells him where to go next on his adventure, or his "Love" fortune, which shows him where to find an unclaimed Piece of Heart.[3] If Link has found all of the Pieces of Heart, Madame Fanadi will return his Rupees should he ask for his fortune in love.[4][5]
Trivia
- When Madame Fanadi reads Link's career or love fortunes, she will either chant "...What am I talking about" or "...Wait ...Loading takes a while" backwards, respectively.[6][7]
