Properties
Atk 24

Flamespears are Weapons that can be found in the Hebra Mountains. They are also found within Hyrule Castle in Hyrule Field. They were forged in the magma of Death Mountain.[1] They belong to the Magic Gear equipment archetype, which is a series of Weapons with elemental properties.[2] Their attacks deal Fire damage when they are used while they glow.[1] Equipping a Flamespear in a Freezing Climate will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance. Finally, they will one-shot any Ice-type Enemies they are used against.[3]

Being made of metal, Flamespears will attract Lightning if they are equipped during Thunderstorms and conduct Electricity. They will also sink when they are dropped in Water, but they can be picked up using the Magnesis Rune. If they are exposed to a Fire or Scorching Climate, they will not burn like wooden Weapons do.
