Fried Bananas are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Fried Bananas are Foods items made by Cooking Mighty Bananas, Tabantha Wheat, and Cane Sugars together in a Cooking Pot. Their default version can only be made by adding a fourth ingredient that is a Fruit or vegetable without the Mighty effect. Eating them will restore some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. Children are known to love this dish, and the trick to make them is to fry the Bananas over very high heat.[1]

Misa's Recipe Book, which can be found at The Slippery Falcon in Rito Village, contains a recipe for Fried Bananas. Misa first instructs the reader to buy Tabantha Wheat and Cane Sugars from her store.[3] Next, she says to fry them with Mighty Bananas, though she comments on their rarity around Rito Village.[4]

Only one variation of Fried Bananas exist:

  • Mighty Fried Bananas:[5] Made by only using the base three ingredients. When consumed, they temporarily increase the power of Link's attacks.[5]
