Frozen Basses are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Frozen Basses are a type of Frozen Food, and they are made when either a Hyrule Bass or a Staminoka Bass are exposed to Freezing Climates or Cold Water.[3] When eaten, a Frozen Bass will restore two Hearts to Link's Life Gauge and grant one minute of Heat Resistance.[1]
Tears of the Kingdom
Frozen Basses reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Frozen Food. They can be made by exposing Hyrule Basses or Staminoka Basses to a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. Link can eat a Frozen Bass to restore two Hearts to his Life Gauge and receive one minute of Heat Resistance.[2]
