  2. Achieve a perfect score at the Swamp Shooting Gallery.

Whichever upgrade is acquired second will become the Largest Quiver.

The Wind Waker

Although Giant Quivers do not appear by any name in The Wind Waker, an equivalent Quiver upgrade can be obtained by approaching the Great Fairies on both Western Fairy Island and Thorned Fairy Island, the second of which will increase Link's Arrow capacity to 99. Both Fairy Fountains require the Skull Hammer to access.

Twilight Princess

In Twilight Princess, the Giant Quiver is acquired by completing the STAR Game for the second time, which requires the Double Clawshot found in the City in the Sky. The Giant Quiver increases the Quiver's capacity from 60 Arrow to 100.
