Hateno Cows are domesticated versions of Water Buffalo that can be found grazing at settlements in East Necluda and the Faron Grasslands.[3] They originate at Hateno Pasture in Hateno Village, and they are kept as livestock for their Fresh Milk.[4] When they are out to pasture, their horns are decorated with bright colors.[4] It is impossible for Link to damage or kill Hateno Cows, and as a result, they offer no drops.
