Hero Panels are a Multiplayer interface and feature in Tri Force Heroes.[1]

Overview

Hero Panels appear on the bottom screen of the Nintendo 3DS once two or more Links have gathered in a Multiplayer game. Each Hero Panel represents one of the heroes and feature's an icon of that Link's face, his chosen name, and a shortened name for the Outfit he wears (eg. the Hero's Tunic is called "Hero"). Once the group enters the Drablands, the Hero Panels also display the Item that each Link carries, as well as miniature copies of their Energy Gauges. During a Coliseum battle, Hero Panels also display each Link's Heart.

By pressing and holding on a Link's Hero Panel, the upper screen will shift to that Link's position, allowing any player to see what the other Links are doing at any time. Doing so issues a Status Report saying that the player is "curious" about the other Link.[2] Pressing the A or B button while holding down a Hero Panel will bring up a dialog box with the option to Blacklist that Link's player.
