Hestu's Gift is a recurring Item in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Hestu's Gift is received from Hestu at the Korok Forest after collecting all 900 Korok Seeds and maxing out all the stashes.[3] It serves no purpose, however, Link can visit Hestu at any time to see him dance.[4][5]
Tears of the Kingdom
Hestu's Gift returns in Tears of the Kingdom, where it is received from Hestu after all collecting all 1,000 Korok Seeds and fully upgrading Link's Inventory.[6] Its sprite has been updated to include four layers instead of Breath of the Wild's three. It still has no gameplay function, but it allows Link to visit Hestu at any time to watch him dance.[7] Link can also ask to see Hestu's "classic" dance, wherein Hestu performs the Breath of the Wild version of his Inventory expansion dance.[7]
