Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

Lake Akkala is the largest lake in the Akkala Region. It is located in the Akkala Highlands, where it is fed by the Akkala Falls. The western shore of Lake Akkala is flanked by the Torin Wetland. A peninsula cuts into Lake Akkala, connecting Tarrey Town with the rest of the Akkala Highlands to the east. The southern side of the Lake contains underwater ruins, which hide three metallic Treasure Chests. The Treasure Chests contain five Ice Arrows, a Silver Bow and a Silver Shield. Another Treasure Chest can be found in the waters beneath the middle waterfall of the Akkala Falls, containing a Gold Rupee, valued at 300 Rupees. A second Gold Rupee can be found in a Treasure Chest that rests in the water north of Tarrey Town.

A Raft can be found on the northern bank of the Lake. Near this Raft is a sunken wagon, which serves no purpose. Ore Deposits and Luminous Stone Deposits can be found along the banks of Lake Akkala. Kilton's shop, the Fang and Bone, can be found underneath the land bridge connecting to Tarrey Town after 9:00 at night once Link has met Kilton at Skull Lake.
