The Monster Horse Gear is a set of Items in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Features and Overview
The Monster Horse Gear is a set of Horse Gear that can be purchased from the Fang and Bone, consisting of the Monster Bridle and Monster Saddle. Kilton only begins to sell Monster Horse Gear after two Divine Beasts have been calmed. The Monster Bridle costs 399 Mon,[2] while the Monster Saddle costs 299 Mon.[3]
After Link purchases a piece of Monster Horse Gear, Kilton will no longer have it in stock.[4] While the individual pieces were made by Kilton, they are noted to have been designed with a Monster-like Horse in mind.[5][6] Link can have Monster Horse Gear equipped onto his Horses by specific workers at Highland Stable, Outskirt Stable, South Akkala Stable, and Woodland Stable.[7][8] However, these workers will refuse to place Monster Horse Gear on Epona or the Giant Horse.[9][10]
