Mushroom Spores are a recurring Item in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][name references needed]

Location and Uses

Skyward Sword

Link can obtain Mushroom Spores by scooping them up in a Bottle after slicing any Mushroom found in Faron Woods, the Deep Woods, Skyview Temple, and on certain Islands in the Sky. Link receives a Bottle with Mushroom Spores from Parrow so he can give them to Orielle, who is missing after her Loftwing gets injured.[3]

HWDE Mushroom Spores Food Icon.png

In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Mushroom Spores appear as Weird-type Food. They are imbued with the Lightning Element. When consumed by a Companion Fairy in the Dining Room of the My Fairy mode, Mushroom Spores can increase the Fairy's Trust level and personality traits.
