The Purah Pad is an Item in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Location and Uses

The Purah Pad is a device created by the Sheikah researchers, Purah and Robbie. The two developed it after Robbie moved to the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab to assist Purah. Robbie is upset that it is not named after him, despite his contributions to its development.[2] Link can obtain a Paraglider Fabric that bears the image of a Purah Pad.

The Purah Pad possesses slightly different features from the Sheikah Slate. While it retains a modified version of the Map, Camera, and Hyrule Compendium, it also contains entries on Character Profiles which detail important people in Link's journey.

When she falls Below Hyrule Castle, Zelda is transported through time to the distant past with the Purah Pad. After Mineru dies, she uses her powers as the Sage of Spirit to implant her soul into the Purah Pad and wait for Link in the future. It eventually ends up in the care of a Steward Construct in the Garden of Time who gives it to Link when he awakens following his failed battle with Ganondorf.
