Sam
Sam is a character in The Wind Waker.[2]
Biography
Sam is a man living on Windfall Island. When Zunari offers his first item for sale, Sam can be found on the bench in front of his shop. Once Link initiates the Island Trading Sequence, Sam tells Link that he and the Joyous Volunteer Association have put up pedestals around the town so that people could set up decorations to spread joy. Once Link places decorations in all of the pedestals, Sam will reward him with a Piece of Heart.<refref>"Hey there, little joy junior!
