Sandfish are Enemies in Tri Force Heroes.[1]
Characteristics
Sandfish are skeletal Fish that appear in the Levels Infinity Dunes and Stone Corridors. They swim freely in Quicksand, occasionally jumping in an attempt to bite one of the Links. They can be attacked with the Sword during this leap, however, the Link attempting this must take care that he does not remain on the sand for too long, or he will sink. They can also be defeated much more quickly by "beaching" them with the Water Rod and hitting them. This strategy is recommended, since it is less time-consuming, but the Link must be careful not to be standing on the Quicksand while using the Water Rod. In some areas, the Sandfish will quickly respawn once defeated.
