Seared Gourmet Steaks are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Seared Gourmet Steaks are a type of Roasted Food, and they can be made by burning Raw Gourmet Meats with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] They can also be purchased from Estan's Stall in Gerudo Town, and Black Hinoxes may drop them when defeated. Since no seasonings have been added, the natural flavor of Seared Gourmet Steaks is able to shine.[1] They can be eaten by Link to restore four and a half Hearts to his Life Gauge.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Seared Gourmet Steak reappears in Tears of the Kingdom.[2]
