Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

Southern Tal Tal Peak is a valley in the Lanayru Great Spring. It is located between Tal Tal Peak to the north and Ja'Abu Ridge to the south. It is also bordered by the East Reservoir Lake, being the landing spot for two of its Docks. On its northern end is a pond, which is fed by a Waterfall from Tal Tal Peak. Another pond is located in the center of the valley. Before Divine Beast Vah Ruta is appeased, Southern Tal Tal Peak will be constantly subjected to the Rain that it generates.[2]

Within the pond at Southern Tal Tal Peak's center, a Stone Talus (Luminous) can be found embedded in the ground.[1] It is initially dormant, but if Link approaches it, it will rise from the ground and begin to attack him.

One Treasure Chest is located on Southern Tal Tal Peak, and it is within the pond on its northern end. When Link opens the Chest, he will receive a Gold Rupee. In Master Mode, a wooden platform suspended by Sky Octoroks appears over this pond. It carries two metal Treasure Chests, containing a Frostblade and a Sapphire.
