Stealth Up

Sunset Fireflies can be found flying around during the night, particularly noticeable by their glow.[1] When combined with Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot, the result will be a Sneaky Elixir, which will temporarily increase Link's Stealth when consumed.[1] They can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop as an ingredient for Purple Dye.

If Link enters Lasli's home during the evening, she will express remorse over being unable to gather any fireflies due to the roads being dangerous at night.[4] After talking to her, Link will receive the Side Quest "By Firefly's Light", which requires him to obtain five Sunset Fireflies. Releasing the fireflies in front of Lasli will end the quest, and she will reward him with fifty Rupees.

Five Sunset Fireflies, as well as five Blue Nightshades, are needed to upgrade each piece of the Stealth Set to its second tier at a Great Fairy Fountain.
