Super Aeralfos
Super Aeralfos are enemies in Tri Force Heroes.[1]
Characteristics
Super Aeralfos appear as enemies in the Sky Temple. These Aeralfos are blue in color, and are encountered at the temple's gateway, right before the Links' fight with Lady Maud. These Aeralfos attack similarly to their other variant right down to the Spin Attack at the end of their sword attack, but can also breathe fire which will burn the Links if they are caught. These Aeralfos are fought in the same manner, in that the Links can strike their backsides or use the Gripshot to remove their shields.
A purple variant of Super Aeralfos appear in the Den of Trials, as the final enemies encountered in the Baneful Zone before the Links battle against the Shadow Link bosses. These purple and black Aeralfos have greater endurance than Super Aeralfos, taking twice as many hits to defeat, and their gust breaths and sword attacks have the ability to Curse the Links in addition to dealing damage.
