Toasty Zapshrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Toasty Zapshrooms are a variety of Roasted Food. Link can make Toasty Zapshrooms by burning Zapshrooms with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] A completely roasted Toasty Zapshroom is considered to be delicious.[1] When eaten, they restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link's Life Gauge.

Tears of the Kingdom

Toasty Zapshrooms return in Tears of the Kingdom as a variety of Roasted Food. They are made when Zapshrooms come into contact with Fire or a Scorching Climate. Toasty Zapshrooms are thought by many to be delicious.[2] They can restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link's Life Gauge if they are eaten.
