Tree Patterns are Objects used to reveal Koroks in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Location and Uses
Tree Patterns are a type of Korok Seed Puzzle found throughout Hyrule Kingdom. Each of the Trees in the group will have a specific fruit growing in spots that are identical to the other Trees, except for one Tree which will have one or more extra fruit.[1] If Link removes the extra fruit, a hidden Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[2] Tree Patterns also appear in the Gerudo Desert, but because there are no Trees growing in the desert, cacti are used instead.
