Billson is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[2]
Biography
Billson is an employee of Hudson Construction. He can initially be found at a campsite north of the Hyrule Field Skyview Tower.[3] He explains that it is a Skyview Tower and advises Link to visit Purah at Lookout Landing for more information about them.[4] After the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower is activated, he can be found at the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower.
