Breath of the Wild

Frozen Bird Thighs are a type of Frozen Food, and they can be made by chilling Raw Bird Thighs in a Freezing Climate or Cold Water.[3] They are frozen solid, which makes them difficult to eat.[1] Eating one will restore one and a half Hearts and grant Link temporary Heat Resistance.[1]

Tears of the Kingdom

Frozen Bird Thighs return in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Frozen Food, and they can be made by exposing Raw Bird Thighs to a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. They have been made difficult to eat by being frozen solid.[2] If Link eats a Frozen Bird Thigh, he will heak one and a half Hearts to his Life Gauge and gain temporary Heat Resistance.
