"A Battle against the Heat" is a Quest from Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

Overview

"A Battle against the Heat" is a Quest that appears for Daruk after completing the "Daruk, the Goron Hero" Scenario. Daruk is leading a class of climbers up Death Mountain, and he needs heat-resistant Materials to protect them. After receiving the Materials, the class is able to reach the top of the Mountain, and Daruk comes up with an idea for a new move while doing so. As a result, Daruk will receive an additional combo while fighting.

"A Battle against the Heat" must be completed as part of the Quests "The Hope of Eldin" and "The Hope of All Hyrule".

Objectives

Stage	Description
Start	Daruk is going to lead a class of aspiring climbers on a journey to the top of Death Mountain! Pack some heat-resistant materials so that nobody gets cooked.
Complete	With plenty of fire-resistant materials to go around, the mountain-climbing class went off without a hitch! As an added bonus, Daruk thought of a new move while the training was underway.
