"A Picture for Riverside Stable" is a Side Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Overview

When Link inspects the Empty Frame at Riverside Stable, Ember will notice him doing so.[2] He explains that it was provided by the Stable Association so that he could display a Picture for visitors to enjoy.[3][4] Ember has decided that he wants to hang a Picture of a Great Goddess Statue.[5] While he does not know where many of them are, but he has heard that one is located in a nearby temple southwest of Hyrule Field.[6] Since he has been unable to find it, he suspects it is somewhere that a Horse cannot easily reach.[7] Ember claims that if he were able to see a depiction of a Great Goddess Statue, he would be able to copy it for his own Picture.[8] Following their conversation, "A Picture for Riverside Stable" will begin.

To complete this Side Quest, Link will need to use his Camera to take a Picture of one of these Great Goddess Statues:

After taking a Picture, Link will be able to present it to Ember.[9] Upon seeing the Picture, Ember claims it is exactly what he has been searched for, and he asks permission to paint a copy.[10][11] If Link agrees, Ember will be shocked by the Great Goddess Statue's size, though he assures Link that he is talented enough to produce a copy.[12] Once the Picture of a Great Goddess Statue is completed, Ember declares that it is perfect for Riverside Stable, and he feels blessed having it watching over them.[13]

Should Link ever want to bring him a new Picture depicting a different angle or Great Goddess Statue, Ember offers to paint a new one.[14] As a reward, he gives Link one Pony Point.[15] He also gifts Link an Energizing Crab Stir-Fry, which he claims to be a specialty of Riverside Stable.[16] Thanking Link once again, Ember invites him to visit the Stable whenever he needs.[17] Afterwards, "A Picture for Riverside Stable" will be completed.
