Attack Up is a recurring Added Effect in The Legend of Zelda series.^[1]^[2]

Overview

Attack Up is an Added Effect that increases Link's attack power by 20%, 30% and 50% for levels one, two and three respectively. It has a maximum potency of level three.

Breath of the Wild

In Breath of the Wild, the following Materials and Armor pieces grant Attack Up:

Tears of the Kingdom

In Tears of the Kingdom, the Attack Up Effect now applies twice multiplicatively to thrown Weapon. This means that with a level three Attack Up Effect active, instead of a thrown Weapon dealing 1.5x damage against Enemies, it will deal 2.25x damage.It is likely that this behavior is an unintended side effect of other changes made in Tears of the Kingdom.
