Bandaga is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Biography

Bandaga is a Gerudo soldier. After the Main Quest "Riju of Gerudo Town" is completed, Bandaga will appear at Lookout Landing, where she guards the eastern entrance at all hours with Mondi. She wields a Decayed Gerudo Spear.

When Link first speaks to her, she thanks him for helping Gerudo Town. After that, she tells Link that if he is looking for Gems that Goron City is a great source for ones that are not too expensive.[2] She claims to know this because Gerudo have a sharp eye for quality Gems and reveals that most of the Gerudo's Gems are originally from Death Mountain.[3][4] She then muses that she might travel to Death Mountain herself after the Demon King is defeated.[5]

Like all Gerudo guards, Bandaga has unique dialogue if Link speaks to her while wearing the Yiga Clan Attire, believing him to be from the Yiga Clan.[6]

Trivia

  • Bandaga is one of several characters who will hit Link back if he attacks them with a Weapon.[7] These attacks deal no damage.
