Bertri is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Biography

Breath of the Wild

Bertri is a Gerudo Soldier who can be found in the Royal Palace of Gerudo Town. She guards one of the entrances to Riju's Bedroom upstairs, and she carries a Gerudo Spear.

When Link initially tries to go past her, Bertri stops him and tells him that he better leave if he does not want to be skewered.[3][4] After Link has recovered the Thunder Helm from the Yiga Clan Hideout, Bertri is shocked that Link has permission to enter Riju's Bedroom and asks who he is.[5]

Tears of the Kingdom

After clearing the Sand Shroud, Bertri is found guarding Kara Kara Bazaar. When talking to Link, she will mention his skill in battle and thank him for helping.

Trivia

  • Bertri is one of several characters that will hit Link back if he attacks them with a Weapon.[6][7][8] These attacks deal no damage.
