Big Flag
Big Flags are recurring Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name references needed]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Big Flags are markers found throughout Hyrule Kingdom. Selmie claims to have left Treasure Chests at the bases of those in the Hebra Mountains, their purpose being to assist hikers on their journey.[2] She also uses a pair of them as a goal in the Advanced Course of the Shield-Surfing Mini-Game.[1] Another Big Flag is used to mark the goal for Boom Bam Golf.[3] A third Mini-Game, the Footrace, uses a pair of Big Flags as its goal as well.[4]
Several Big Flags have Leaves with Fairy Dust on top of them. These Flags can be found in the Passeri Greenbelt, the Hyrule Garrison Ruins, the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins, the Tanagar Canyon Course, the East Post Ruins, and South Nabi Lake. When Link interacts with the Leaves, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[5]

You should be able to see a pair of big flags marking the finish line. Head for those and you can't go wrong.

I've left a few things behind on the mountain trails and at the base of the flags planted. If you're in trouble, spot a flag and head toward it. Hopefully these items will be of use to you!

The goal is the flags on top of the mountain! There's only two of us, so the race ends once someone reaches them!
