The Adventure of Link

Blue Moblins later reappear in The Adventure of Link as the strongest variety of Moblin. Like other Moblins, they attack by throwing their Spears or jabbing Link with them, while also draining his experience points if they land a hit on him.

Other Appearances

Age of Calamity

The following section is not part of the Zelda canon and should not be taken as such.

Blue Moblins reappear in Age of Calamity, first seen in the Scenario "The Yiga Clan Attacks!". Like Moblins, they attack with either their fists or weapons like Moblin Spears, Moblin Clubs, and any metal weapons, which can be Countered with the Stasis, Cryonis, and Magnesis Sheikah Runes, thus exposing their Weak-Point Gauge.

When defeated, Blue Moblins drop Moblin Fangs, Moblin Horns, and, rarely, Moblin Guts. A Treasure Chest containing a Weapon may also appear in their place. One Moblin Trophy will be awarded at the end of a Battle for each slain Blue Moblin.

Age of Imprisonment

Blue Moblins are Powerful Enemies.
