As a standard-rank member of the captain class, its combat functions are more sophisticated than those of Soldier Constructs. It can use Fuse to enhance its weapons.

Captain Constructs I are an advanced type of Construct that command Soldier Constructs. They can be found on Sky Islands and in the proximity of Zonai Ruins that have fallen to the Surface.

Captain Constructs I are capable of Fusing nearby Items and Objects onto their Weapons, which makes their attack damage vary. Captain Constructs can wield Wooden Sticks, Long Sticks, Thick Sticks, Bows, and Zonaite Swords. They can also rarely attack with their horns, which deals two Hearts of damage.

Upon their defeat, Captain Constructs I may drop Zonai Charges and Captain Construct I Horns.
