The Carok Bridge Well is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.(TotKTears of the Kingdom)[1] The Carok Bridge Well goes unnamed in Breath of the Wild.
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
The Carok Bridge Well is situated on the southeastern side of Carok Bridge in Hyrule Field. Alongside the Mount Gustaf Well, it was part of an unnamed Hylian settlement one century prior to the events of Breath of the Wild. This town was destroyed by Guardians during the Great Calamity.[2]
Tears of the Kingdom
The Carok Bridge Well returns in Tears of the Kingdom, and it is still part of Hyrule Field.[3] Link is now able to enter its interior, which is a small chamber containing several potted Brightblooms, two Barrels, a Wooden Box, and a Cooking Pot with an unlit Campfire. Additionally, there is a Note on the Table written by Aurie Taamu, wherein he claims to have been living and farming inside the Well due to its Stable Climate. However, when new Caves appeared as a result of the Upheaval, he left to explore the new Materials he could Cook with.[4]

Nomenclature
The Carok Bridge Well is named after Carok Bridge. The Bridge itself is named after Carock, a Boss from The Adventure of Link.
