"Chilly Asceticism" is a Quest in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

Overview

Master Kohga receives the "Chilly Asceticism" Quest after the "Each Step Like Thunder" Scenario has been completed. In order to harden his body and spirit, Master Kohga wants to eat Ice, but he needs warm Materials to counteract the cold and syrup to flavor the Ice. After he has the Materials, Master Kohga is able to achieve his goal, but the mixture of cold Ice and warm Materials causes his stomach to become upset. As a reward, Master Kohga gains an additional combo while fighting.

Finishing "Chilly Asceticism" is required for the completion of the Quests "The Hope of Gerudo" and "The Hope of All Hyrule".

Objectives

Stage	Description
Start	Master Kohga plans to eat ice cubes so he can harden his body and spirit and achieve his truest, manliest form. But he needs warm stuff to settle his stomach...and syrup to flavor the ice!
Complete	Master Kohga could feel his body and spirit hardening...but he could also feel an uncomfortable churn in his stomach. Gah! Perhaps he shouldn't have mixed cold ice with warm ingredients...
