The Coliseum Lobby is a location in Tri Force Heroes.[1]

Features and Overview

The Coliseum Lobby is located in the east-side basement of Hytopia Castle, past the statues of the Tri Force Heroes, and can only be entered once Link has been inducted into the Witch-Hunting Brigade by Sir Combsly.[2] Its purpose is to connect Link with other players on the Internet, or through the Local Play Multiplayer mode, to do battle in the arenas of the Coliseum.

Outside the main lobby is a small entrance way, where the Coliseum Receptionist welcomes Link and offers information on doing battle in the Coliseum.[3][4] The main lobby is a candle-lit version of the Multiplayer Lobby with a black stone floor. Link can speak to the Match Master to put out a call for other Links; whenever one is found, the room fades to black and then reappears with the newly-arrived Link also present. The Triforce Gateway activates when only two Links are ready, as doing battle in the Coliseum does not require three Links.

In the northwest corner of the Coliseum Lobby, Mr. Tudor is available to pass on advice for the Coliseum. However, he admits to being inexperienced in battle and will defer to the Coliseum Receptionist instead;[5] his only worthwhile knowledge is regarding using the Blacklist to block "false heroes".[6] Next to Mr. Tudor are several Books on a shelf, including Volumes 2 and 3 of the Drablands Diary. Madame Couture's Apprentice and the Drablands Challenge completion list are absent from the Coliseum Lobby.
