Common Sparrows are a widespread and ubiquitous type of Sparrow.[3] They can be seen throughout Hyrule Kingdom, though they chiefly inhabit forests and grasslands, such as Hyrule Field and Hyrule Ridge.[4] However, they are also known to occasionally enter villages.[4] They are omnivorous, feeding primarily on nuts and small Insects.[4] While they are considered to be cute, they are extremely skittish and will fly away if disturbed by people.[4] When they are killed, Common Sparrows drop Chickaloo Tree Nuts.

As the name suggests, these birds are rather common around Hyrule. They mainly live in plains or forests but sometimes venture out to villages. Their diet consists of nuts and small insects. They look pretty cute when they jump around, but they don't have much love for people.
