The Complimentary Card is an Item in Phantom Hourglass.
Location and Uses
Beedle will send the Complimentary Card attached to a Letter once Link has accumulated 50 points on his membership card for Beedle's Shop Ship.[1] The Complimentary Card can be given to Beedle for an opportunity to compliment him, by speaking into the Nintendo DS microphone.[2] Beedle will act amused and embarrassed by the compliment, thanking Link for his kind words.[3] However, if nothing is spoken into the microphone, Beedle will be annoyed, but the Complimentary Card will not be expended.[4]
Trivia
- The names of the Compliment Card and the Complimentary Card are erroneously swapped in the Collection Screen menu and in Beedle's dialog.
