Cool Safflinas can be found growing in the snow of the Hebra Mountains and Gerudo Highlands.[1] They also sprout near the Great Fairy Fountain in the Gerudo Desert. Cooking Cool Safflinas into Foods Cooking Pot will result in a meal that grants Link Heat Resistance when eaten.[1] At the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village, Cool Safflinas can be used to create Light Blue Dye.
