Crystal Balls are recurring Items and Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][name references needed]

Location and Uses

A Link to the Past

Crystal Balls can be found in Fortune Teller's Houses. Fortune Tellers use them to predict Link's next objective.

Four Swords Adventures

In Four Swords Adventures, Crystal Balls can be thrown and broken to obtain random items such as Force Gems and Carrots.

Skyward Sword

In Skyward Sword, after Link defeats The Imprisoned for the second time, Sparrot's Crystal Ball shatters, making him get depressed.[3] Link can use the Dowsing ability to locate a new Crystal Ball for the fortune-teller,[4] which can be found atop the entrance to the Earth Temple. To reach it, Link must Clawshot to the top of the temple and call Scrapper to carry it to Skyloft for him. Once Link gives Sparrot the new Crystal Ball, the fortune-teller rewards him with five Gratitude Crystals.[5]
