Defend Akkala Citadel is a level 53 Challenge in Age of Calamity.

Overview

Defend Akkala Citadel is a Challenge in which the Warriors must capture three Outposts while defending an Allied Stronghold. Two Outposts are found at the top of the map, and the third at the bottom. A Black Hinox and either a Silver Bokoblin or Silver Moblin are each a Boss of one of the northern Outpost, and the Boss of the southern Outpost is a Guardian.

Soon after the beginning of the Challenge, two Fire Wizzrobes begin an assault on the Allied Stronghold. There is also a Guardian and an Ice Wizzrobe found guarding one of the northern Outposts, along with another Guardian in front of the southern Outpost. Throughout the Challenge, as the Warriors move to different parts of the map and defeat Enemies, more Enemies such as Silver Moblins will spawn. The Challenge ends when the three Outposts are captured.

The Challenge can be cleared using any two Warriors, and when completed for the first time, the Warriors receive a reward of an Ethereal Stone, 700 Rupees, and a random Weapon.
