Desert Province
The Desert Province is a province of Hyrule in Twilight Princess.[1][2]
Features and Overview
The Desert Province is only accessible after Link has given Auru's Memo to Fyer of Lake Hylia. This will make the Oasis Flight available to the young hero. Link will only be able to go the first time for free. Afterwards, he will have to pay a fee. Other than Warping to the Desert Province, taking the Oasis Flight is the only manner in which Link can reach the Gerudo Desert.[3][4]
The Desert Province consists entirely of the Gerudo Desert. It is home to the Arbiter's Grounds and the Mirror Chamber, through which Link can enter the Twilight Realm. Another feature is the Cave of Ordeals, which is located on the Gerudo Mesa. However, its entrance is initially blocked by a piece of the Bridge of Eldin that must be removed in order to access the Cave's interior. One of the six Owl Statue is also found in this Province.
