Dinolfos Chieftain
The Dinolfos Chieftain is a character and Sub-Boss in Hyrule Warriors.[name references needed]
Characteristics
The Dinolfos Chieftain is the leader of the Dinolfos tribe dwelling in the Eldin Caves. He is much larger and better-equipped than the standard Dinolfos, but otherwise fights the same. He is loyal to Volga and reveres him like a deity. Volga is often accompanied by the Dinolfos and Lizalfos Chieftains.[note 1]
When Cia appears in the Eldin Caves attempting to recruit Volga to her army, this angers the Dinolfos Chieftain and he leads his tribe, assisted by the Lizalfos Chieftain's tribe, to attack Cia. However, Cia defeats them and forcefully recruits them to her army. Following this, the Dinolfos Chieftain battles the Hyrulean Army many times, but is always defeated by Link or another warrior. During Cia's last stand against the Hyrulean Army, the Dinolfos Chieftain flees the battlefield in terror in the face of the overwhelming odds. His fate afterwards is unknown.
